USA nuclear terror was in 2008 not 2013

ON ARPIL 19, the Daily Star led with news of the fertiliser plant fire in Texas. The story of many dead was illustrated by a picture of a mushroom-shaped cloud of gas. Only , the picture that also circulated on social media was from an oil refinery explosion back in 2008.
