Geri Halliwell know world leaders. She once told Nelson Mandela he was “only as old as the girl you feel – and I’m 25”. Now Geri was planning a 90th birthday treat Mandela. She said: “I’ll have to get in touch with him. Perhaps I’ll send him a special video message.” Osborne seems bit edgy in the picture.
