Let’s look at some facts.
There are 23 players in each nation’s World Cup squad, including Joel’s Costa Rica. There are eight groups of four teams. That’s 184 players. But Panini, the sticker company, says there are 640 players in total to collect.
Arsenal “ace” Joel bought 500 stickers. Add to that the fact that the Wold Cup squads have not been finalised and the Sun’s scoop is as effective a news story as Joel has been in Arsenal colours this season.
