Tony Blair Won GQ Philanthropist of the Year Because He’s A Thin, Long-Limbed Beauty
TONY Blair has been named ‘Philanthropist of the Year’ at the GQ Men Of The Year awards. The Independent says the “announcement which drew a collective bemused gasp across the internet”. GQ, for those of you not in the know, stands for Gentleman’s Quarterly. It does not stand for Giant Queef.
Blair told the audience: “I would like to dedicate this award to the people that work with and for my organisations. I feel the pulse of progress beating a little harder.”
Ha-ha. He really is Craig Brown’s best ever parody.
Of couse, it might be real. Afte all this is GW, owned by Conde Naste, whose organ Vogue saluted Syria’s Asma al-Assad, the “glamorous, young, and very chic… a thin, long-limbed beauty with a trained analytic mind who dresses with cunning understatement.”
Meanwhile on eBay:
Rumours that all proceeds go to C. Blair are wide of the mark…
