by | 2nd, October 2014

is nothing safe IS Nothing Safe? Two men face prison sentences despite being cleared of sexually assaulting a man with hard-boiled eggs.

At Bristol Crown Court, before a jury, half-brothers Nathan Smith, 35, and Daniel Yeates, 29, were found not guilty of sexually assaulting Phillip Coombs with hard-boiled eggs at a flat in Patchway, south Gloucestershire.

In 2013,  Mr Coombs, 47, was treated by medics at his home. He’d taken a drugs overdose. The ambulance crew noted the prone man’s hair had been shaved, one of his eyebrows was missing and an obscenity has been written in red marker pen across his face. A witness claims to have seen the men shaving the dying Coombe’s head and boiling eggs.

Yeates has given Coombes a psychedelic drug called DOC.
Mr Coombs died.

At his post-mortem examination, the pathologist found two hard-boiled eggs stuffed inside Mr Coombs’ rectum.
How had they got there?

Smith and Yates pleaded guilty to ABH.
