Kyron Horman: Police Leave The Investigation To Sockpuppets And Haters
KYRON Horman: an up-date on the story of the missing child from Portland, Oregon.
On the increasingly intolerant, shrill petition site Change.Org, we read:
“Petitioning Multnomah County Sheriff’s OfficeThis petition will be delivered to: Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office”
The MCSO will be true to form and pour limitless resources into dealing with the burning issue, leaving no point unaddressed and no query unsolved. Their very best men are on this! Or else they’ll ignore it.
Please provide clarification and an update on the current status of the investigation into to the disappearance of Kyron Horman, who disappeared from Skyline Elementary on June 4, 2010.

We could step in and answer on the police force’s behalf: we have no idea. We have no evidence of what happened to Kyron. We cannot ascertain what crime if any befell him.
But the petition from concerned citizen Stacy Green goes on at length:
Kyron Horman disappeared from a public school on June 4th, 2010. Recent news reports, court hearings and fliers are suggesting that the circumstances surrounding Kyron’s disappearance contradicts what we have been told by law enforcement, and it has alarmed and concerned many.
For example, attorney Stephen Houze, recently said in open court, “…it’s not true”, referring to the claims that his client Terri Moulton Horman was the last person to see Kyron on June 4, 2010. He asserts: “We have witnesses who will say, in fact, they know facts first-hand that demonstrate that is not true.” Terri Moulton Horman has claimed this too, in a recent court hearing under oath in Roseburg, Oregon.
Therefore, we are asking please for an update on the following unresolved issues surrounding the investigation into the disappearance Kyron Horman:
Of which there is only one unresolved issue: the boy disappeared. But Green has more:
What information can you provide on the reports of an unidentified mysterious man that may or may not have been last seen with Kyron Horman?
Question asked, question answered.
What time, where and when was Kyron last seen, and by whom?
Was Kyron last seen by someone other than Terri Moulton Horman?
Are searches still being conducted by law enforcement? If so, when was the last search conducted?
How many detectives are still working on the case, if any? What other agencies are actively involved in the investigation?
Has DeDe Spicher been given immunity and/or cleared yet?
Fliers have been posted in Roseburg and Portland stating that a mysterious unknown man was last seen with Kyron. If this is true, the public needs be given a detailed description of him. Many attended the science fair at Skyline Elementary School and there might be some who may be able to give a description so that a composite drawing may be published and distributed in hopes that he might be identified.
It is imperative to have these questions clarified and answered, as releasing a composite drawing may be extremely useful in identifying an unknown man. If these reports are erroneous, please clarify to lay to rest unsettling concerns of the public. Thank you kindly for your prompt attention to this matter.
In short: can the police department give a running commentary on an open criminal case? Can the police reveal all their current thinking and data for public scrutiny, which would give any criminal elements with possible knowledge of a possible crime a solid heads up and encourage all manner of chancers and liars to come forward with information to finger or exonerate a suspect.
And can the police “clear” a woman who is not under arrest?
That petition has zero chance of getting anywhere. It is kak-handed PR.
It is also another online barb. And there have been plenty of those. Take these choice cuts:
Roseburg Supports Justice for Kyron Horman Terri, the proof is in the pudding. Soon, everyone will know the evil you are capable of…Roseburg, hide your kids, hide your animals and hide your husbands…Terri Moulton Horman is in your town…
A few more Facebook arrows aimed at Terri Horman:
She is a fat ass no matter what!!
A BIG FAT TROLL.
She’s downright ugly. I thought I looked bad on days when I haven’t had enough sleep……at least I am skinny! She’s ugly, flabby, and has terrible fashion taste.
The red squirrel sign should just say “blubberball xing”!
That fat pig of a monster is making sure of that.
Blogger Mazama alleges Desiree Young, Kyron’s birth mother, has been encouraging others to harrass Terri Horman:
The photo below left me gobsmacked. How can Desiree justify helping these folks stalk Terri Horman? Desiree says a photo showing the address of where Terri lives needs to be updated to reflect Terri Hormans new address. Really? If Terri Horman has moved she deserves to be left alone…so do her parents. Desiree Young is encouraging these folks to hunt down Terri Horman, to stalk her.
Mazama has more on alleged sockpuppetry and other tricks to apply pressure.
And let’s not forget the T-shirt:
Is the aim to encourage the target to confess? If it is, that seems unlikley. And would a confession under duress be valid?
Another target is the aforesaid Dede Spicher, who lives in Klamath Falls.
Klamath Falls is – get his – City of Sunshine.
I love free speech. There should be no buts.
But how this helps the missing child is a mystery? How it aids a criminal investigation is a mystery. What happened to Kyron Horman is also a mystery.
What it could do is keep the missing child in the news. But there is no news. The Facebook Pages and posts are self-aggrandizing, making us look only at the accusers. You begin to question their motives. They become the story.
The Oregonian’s most recent story on Kyron is dated September 4 2014.
Another school year has started without Kyron Horman, who disappeared June 4, 2010, at the age of 7. A Wall of Hope for him went up that same month at his Portland elementary school, Skyline School, where he was last seen.
Even that was no news, just a grim landmark in a single thread story spun out.
