Transfer Balls: Chelsea are poised to sign Stoke City’s Asmir Begovic for £8 million.
The Telegraph says the transfer will go through today. Marco van Ginkel will head to Stoke City as part of the deal.
Begovic will earn £75,000 a week at Stamford Bridge.
Of course, this is transfer balls, where we keep track of dire football reporting.
Two years ago, Begovic was on his way to Liverpool, sais the Sun:
