Jamal Muhammed Raheem Ul Nasir: paedophiles get lower sentences for raping white girls
Jamal Muhammed Raheem Ul Nasir is a paedophile. He’s in prison. Good. But what’s odd is that when sentencing Nasir, the judge gave him a longer sentence because his victims were Asian. It follows that the judge wold have given him a shorter sentence had he only raped white girls. Where boys stand in the league table is not known.
We only know about this because Nasir appealed his seven-year sentence. He lost. He could not prove that he had not abused the girls, nor that they were not Asian. Via the Court of Appeal we learn that Judge Sally Cahill, supported by Mr Justice Walker, decided that the fact the girls were Asian was an “aggravating feature”.

Mr Justice Walker said it was fair for paedophile Jamal Muhammed Raheem Ul Nasir to get a tougher sentence because of the shame brought on the girls’ communities. Ul Nasir, 32, carried out sex attacks on two underage girls and was jailed for a total of seven years at Leeds Crown Court in December last year. He was convicted of two counts of sexual assault on a child under 13 and four counts of sexual activity with a child.The judge who jailed him, Sally Cahill QC, specifically said that the fact the victims were Asian had been factored in as an “aggravating feature” when passing sentence.
You still wonder how the abuse of predominately vulnerable white girls in Rochdale, Rotherham and Oxford went on for so long?
The Telegraph adds:
Lawyers for Ul Nasir, 32, of Liversedge, West Yorkshire, argued at London’s Criminal Appeal Court that his sentence had been unfairly inflated.
But their complaints were rejected by Mr Justice Walker, who said: “The victims’ fathers were concerned about the future marriage prospects for their daughters. Judge Cahill was having particular regard to the harm cause to the victims by this offending. That harm was aggravated by the impact on the victims and their families within this particular community”.
Raped Asian girls suffer more than raped white girls. So. If you are going to rape a child, make sure she’s white.
The Hudddersfield Examiner garners views: Tanweer Khan, who chairs the Pakistani Anti-Grooming and Abuse League, opines:
“Whilst it may be the case that on a personal level girls from Asian backgrounds may have the stigma attached to them for being victims of abuse, and as such may become ostracised in the community or may struggle to get married, the state must not under any circumstance whatsoever discriminate in any way, shape or form when it comes to sentencing the paedophiles.
“Why judges see fit to bestow harsher sentences to those that abuse girls from Asian backgrounds is mind-boggling to say the least; and in fact totally counter-productive in our view. A paedophile abuses a girl for his own depravity and sexual gratification; he doesn’t really care what background the victim comes from.”
He might now.
“One thing this ruling does is it sends a very clear message to paedophiles that if they abuse non-Asian girls, the penalties will not be as severe. In our opinion, that decision is totally discriminatory, and does not provide the appropriate level of justice to non-Asian girls.
“By bifurcating between Asian and non-Asian girls, the UK is heading down an extremely slippery slope. Next you will see judges factoring in whether the girl is Muslim, Jewish, Christian, or whether she lives in a council high-rise, a semi-detached suburban house or in a country mansion.”
