Daily Star: ‘huge rats ate our Christmas’
The Daily Star has news on rats. This week they are eating Christmas:
News is that “monster rats” ate the Christmas presents “dad Duane Williams” had left beneath the Christmas tree at his family’s temporary council house. Of course, Xmas is not over because Santa will come with lost more gifts. Right, kids? RIGHT!
On Page 8, we get more of the horror. The “huge rats – “mega-sized rats” – “nibbled the kids’ toys and cups, pooed in the bathroom and ran under the Christmas tree as the family cowered in terror”.
Duane says the rats “chewed through the skirting board and some of the kid’s stuff”. They didn’t eat Christmas, then – well, not unless skirting boards are a cheaper – and safer – alternative to hover boards?
But, of course, this is about the rats. And, boy, does the Star love them:
Love rats? Not ‘alf.
