Transfer Balls: Spurs and Stoke in for Berahino as West Brom seek a winger

The Times says Stoke City are aiming to beat Spurs to West Bromwich Albion’s wantaway striker Saido Berahino.
West Brom have agreed to let Berahino leave the club. They hope to raise funds to sign a winger.
Tottenham’ manager, Mauricio Pochettino, says he is keen to hire a new striker – but on if the player is of the right characters. Does that count Berahino out? He threw a hissy fit when West Brom blocked his move to Spurs over the summer. Do spurs need the aggravation?
