Man Accused Of Owning Image Of Human Shagging A Squid

by | 5th, March 2010

AT Swansea Magistrates Court, Andrew Charles Dymond, 46, is answering the charged with possessing an “extreme pornographic” image of someone having sex with what appears to be a squid. A dead one. (Does that make it better or worse?)

And let us precise, the image is of a human…

“…performing an act of intercourse with a dead animal, namely an octopus/squid, which was grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character”.

What is it squid or octopus? Or is one marine cephalopods very much like another when it is being shagged to death?

It is also alleged that Mr Dymond has images of a person performing sex acts with horses and dogs.

He offers no plea.

Those images are bad enough, but Mr Dymond is also alleged to have made 14 indecent photos of children, as well as possessing an additional 57 images, some of whish would result in “serious injury to a person’s breasts“, other of their “genitals”.

A further charge makes the same allegation but in relation to someone’s genitals.
Leigh Davies, defending Dymond, said: “This is a case that’s probably better dealt with in the Crown Court“.

Dymond is placed on conditional bail, banned form using the internet and having any contact with a child under the age of 16.

The squid remain unprotected…
