Woman Banned From Drinking Alcohol in England And Wales

THIS is Laura Hall arriving at Redditch Magistrates court where she answered a breach of ASBO charge. Miss Hall became the first person to be banned from drinking alcohol in a public place anywhere in England and Wales.
She was back in court after police spotted her sitting on a town centre wall with a can of lager.
Tsk! Get thee to Scotland.
