POLICE Report of the Day features the driver of a yellow cement mixer in Dundee who exposed himself to a teenaged woman crossing the road. He then did turns his vehicle about and do it again.
Do you know the man?
Police have appealed for witnesses to contact them. They said the man responsible was wearing a red top.
And a, er, cement mixer…
