Australian Student Doctors Perform Unauthorised Anal And Gential Examinations On Drugged Patients
IN Australia, medical students are experimenting on anaesthetised patients. These unauthorised examinations feature the students investigating the patients’ genital, anus and breasts.
The medical journal, Medical Education says students had “no qualms” about conducting an anal examination on a female patient because what with her being unconscious.
In another incident, an anaesthetised man was subjected to rectal examinations from a “queue” of medical students.
A student bears testimony:
“I was in theatre, the patient was under a spinal (anaesthetic) as well and there was a screen up and they just had a queue of medical students doing a rectal examination. [He] wasn’t consented but because … you’re in that situation, you don’t have the confidence to say ‘no’ you just do it.”
