Rapist Dies During Sex With Victim

ISABEL Chavelo Gutierrez, 53, died while raping his 77-year-old victim in Refugio County, Texas.
Gutierrez had cycled two miles to the woman’s home in Tivoli. He is carrying a knife. The registered as a sex offender gained access to the woman’s home, where he raped her. During the attack he complained of feeling ill. He told her he needed to rest. He then rolled over and died.
The woman called the police. Gutierrez was dead when they arrived.
He had had a heart attack.
Is that justice?
