Drug Dealer Gives Oral Sex To Associate In Back Of Police Car
THE court calls Tina Marie Arie,of Porter, Texas, who after arrest gave oral sex to her co-accused in the back of the police car.
The Houston Press reports:
The story began when a constable found a drunk male passed out inside a Whataburger. One Howard Keith Windham, 30, was sat at the table inside trying to wake his mate from a “pill-induced stupor“. Tina Marie Arie, 44, looked on. The cop goes through the zonked man’s pockets, allegedly finding lots of drugs (Soma and hydrocodone pills). He spots Windham dropping a Soma pill. He has another in his pocket. Arie admits that she gave the unconscious man some of her pills.
Windham is duly arrested for possession of a controlled substance and Arie for delivery of same. The copper places the duo in handcuffs and stuffs them into the police car.
Then, as the Montgomery County Police Report puts it:
“Windham’s pants were unfastened and Arie was servicing his exposed genitalia.”
The cop told the lovebirds to behave and took them on to jail without filing any extra charges. Which is as it should be: That’s the kind of break you might expect if you give a cop the story of a lifetime.
