Britain freezes in photos: Sea ices over in Poole

HOW cold is it out there? We’ve seen photos and it looks very cold – cold enough for the sea to freeze in Poole Harbour. We can share the photos with you: pictures of the snow falling on the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben; snow on a street in Langworth, Salford, Greater Manchester; pictures of children pulled through the snow on sledges in Harrogate; pictures of Angela Lurssen and her swimmers entering the chill Serpentine in Hyde Park, London.
