Big man sheds sparkly tutu in police chase

SAN Diego’s 10News.com has proof that life is following cartoons. There, 39-year-old Joshua Baker – “clad in a T-shirt and a sparkly purple tutu” – has been areested on suspicion of stealing from the Palisades Presbyterian Church.
Barker is “roughly 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds”. When the police spot him, they give chase:
During the chase, the suspect’s clothing came off and he was taken into custody in the nude, police said.
How fast was he running to outrun his tutu? And does Wiley Coyote know the cops have got one of his boys? Parp! Parp!
