John Terry (lying down) helps block the ball on the line to prevent Chelsea from scoring a second goal in Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final against Spurs.
But on this occasion all was well for Chelsea’s skipper.
Because it doesn’t actually matter whether or not the whole of the ball has crossed the line.
What matters is whether or not the referee awards a goal.
And on this occasion Martin Atkinson did.
