Daily Express sees double snow ploughs in Cumbria

THE Daily Express’s weather reporting is legend. On January 12, 2013, the paper lead with news:
“WORST FREEZE FOR 20- YEARS”
Readers saw a photo of a snow plough. Beneath it was the caption:
“A snowplough battles through the blizzards battering the M6 in Cumbria yesterday.”
Nathan Rao had spotted the arrival of winter. Just as he had on December 12, 2012. Then the paper warned readers:
“COLDEST WEEK FOR 20 YEARS IS ON WAY”
Same news. Same plough…
