LAST summer, England bowler Stuart Broad showed he’d been watching Australian batsmen when he declined to walk. The Ashe are now back on. And the Australian cowed are not letting Broad forget.
Brisbane’s Courier-Mail urged fans to giveĀ “the medium pace Pom the silent treatment”.
Of course, what Broad did last summer was to win the Ashes, proving that England are better that Australia at both mainstream and minority sports.
So. How did he do on the first day of the Ashes? He took five wickets. Australia are in for a tonking. Huzzah!
