Transfer Balls: Arsenal Sign Adrien Rabiot Then Sell Him To Roma To Smash Manchester United’s Kevin Strootman Bid
TRANSFER Balls: A look at the utter rot passed off as fact in the mainstream media. Today, the Daily Express has news for Arsenal fans: Paris St-Germain are looking to offload midfielder Adrien Rabiot to Roma. PSG are after Roma’s Kevin Strootman, 24, who is also a target for Manchester United.
Regular readers of Tabloid Balls readers will recall that The Metro said Rabiot was already an Arsenal player.
The official sounding IB Times agreed:
Accoridng to the Mirror, £12m was the fee Roma bought Rabiot for a few weeks ago.
And there was this in the Star: Liverpool wanted him but Juventus were in the box seat.
What about the Express – what has it been saying about Rabiot?
Adrien Rabiot could still join Arsenal or Chelsea in January.
He could.
Roma have denied suggestions they have already stuck a deal with the PSG midfielder. Roma coach Rudi Garcia said: “He’s a PSG player and I have nothing else to say about him. He has no secret agreement with us.”
Could Rabiot remain at PSG? The Express says not:
Yep. Rabiot wants out.
And the news is that he COULD be heading for Chelsea or Arsenal. Or as the Express puts it:
