Chelsea dope the system: 29 players are now out on loan at other clubs
There are now 29 Chelsea players playing for other clubs. For now.
The Guardian are reporting that before Moses finalised his West Ham loan he went and signed a new FOUR-YEAR contract at parent club Chelsea in order to “preserve his value”.
Chelsea are gaming the system.
