Saudi Arabia To Give Lessons In Porn, Feminism And Free Love
HEADLINE of the week: “Saudi Arabia to lead UN talks on religious tolerance.”
And how not to tolerate it in the land where the one-eyed woman is queen? Notes the International Herald Tribune:
Saudi Arabia, which deploys a special police force to ensure that only one narrow sect of Islam predominates in the kingdom, is sponsoring a discussion at the United Nations on religious tolerance starting Wednesday.
More than a dozen world leaders are expected to attend, including President George W. Bush, Prime Minister Gordon Brown of Britain and the Saudi monarch, King Abdullah, making a rare appearance at the UN headquarters.
Says one Saudi escapee:
“It’s like apartheid South Africa having a conference at the UN on racial harmony,” said Ali Al-Ahmed, a Shiite Muslim dissident from Saudi Arabia based in Washington.

Al Gore Talks Softly And Carries A Big Fur-Lined Coat
DID you know that the average human breathes twice as fast when watching Al Gore’s film An Inconvenient Truth? At some of the film’s racier bits, when Al uses his pointer, say, 28 per cent of viewers are panting.
Happily, we can report that while panting increases your carbon emissions, it also keeps you cool. And this is no good because the world is getting colder:
The oceans have been cooling since 2003.
There are growing fears of a coming freeze worse than the ice age.
For the second straight year that Earth is, in fact, cooling… not warming.
And while the US freezes, Barack Obama loosk for his new climate tsar. Who will control Tony Blair’s weather machine? Why it’s Al Gore, who might care to equip his boat with some ice-breaking deveices.

British Badgers For British Badger Enthusiasts
WHAT news of former Welsh Assembly bigwig and badger watcher Ron Davis?
Many supposed that when Davis pulled into picnic area to watch badgers with a fell enthusiast, he would quit politics to front the BBC’s late-night Badger Watch show.
Sat in a feathered wigwam with Bill Oddie, Davis would be heard panting with excitement over the sound of rustling and foraging vermin.
What it more, having been robbed on Clapham Common, while looking for badgers and a way home, Davis was cruelly overlooked for the Crimewatch gig. His is a a career of missed opportunity.
It turns out that Davis became head of the Valleys Race Equality Council, which seeks equality between all ethnic and indigenous badgers.
The Star says locals should be called not British, but Welsh, Scots, Irish, Asian and Chinese.
Good news for them, but confusing news for Britons, and worse news for Poles, who must choose which national identity to adopt…

Obama Watch: Wenger’s Wonder, Michelle’s Liz Hurley, John Major And Blacks Before Women
BARACK Obama Watch: Wenger’s Wonder, Michelle’s Liz Hurley And John Major…
ARSENE WENGER, manger of Arsenal football club on why he is sticking with his policy of picking youth over experience:
“You have Barack Obama in the States, that if one of the countries where if you have the quality, you will make it.”
Surely Obama is too old for Arsenal? Although Osama bin Laden is a fan of the Gunners, and finding him will help the tyro keep his promise…

Obami: The New Language Of Barack’s O-Barmy Army
HOW do we describe Obama? We need a new language. Cue the teleprompter:
Last night I went to a party in Tokyo to celebrate the election, and got inspired beforehand to make a language named after Obama. Actually, the language was already around, but I gave it a new nickname, Obami…
Obamo, Obamas, Obama…

Obama Death Cult: George Bush Warns, Sarah Palin Threatens And Lorraine Kelly Hopes
THE Barack Obama Death Cult: George Bush warns, Palin threatens and Lorraine Kelly Hopes
FOX NEWS: The first Bush-Obama meeting.
Four years ago, Obama and other newly elected members of the Senate were invited to the White House for a breakfast meeting with Bush, who pulled the young Chicagoan aside.
(Image: Beau Bo D’Or)
“Obama!” Bush exclaimed, according to Obama’s account of the meeting in his second memoir, “The Audacity of Hope.” “Come here and meet Laura. Laura, you remember Obama. We saw him on TV during election night. Beautiful family. And that wife of yours — that’s one impressive lady.”

William Ayers Would Have Lost Obama the Black Gay Vote
BARACK Obama Watch: IN the Montreal Gazette, Barack Obama’s old mucker “former student radical William Ayers tells what it was like to be painted as a symbol of evil by McCain and Palin”.
Says he:
The good news was that every time McCain or Palin mentioned my name, they lost a point or two in the polls. The cartoon invented to hurt Obama was now poking holes in the rapidly sinking McCain-Palin ship.
Every time Palin and McCain mentioned William Ayers they lost a couple of points. So, in a way, William Ayers won the election, what with him being the big issue.
Good job big media investigated the relationship between Obama and Ayres thoroughly. Remember all that 60s idealism, Bill? Can you remember? Hey, does anyone?

More On Barack Obama’s Post Race Race
BARACK Obama Watch: NO more race! And NO more race!! James Hannaham notes:
Obama’s acceptance of his Caucasian genes is another quality that sets him closer to the centre than to Malcolm X. I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it: Obama’s biracial. He’s an African-American, certainly — in strictly genetic terms, he’s more literally African-American than other American black folks, whose veins are awash in various percentages of African, Native American and European blood.
He looks like a skinny white guy with a tan.
No more race!!! But how to achieve it? Lester Holloway considers matters:
For the sake of democracy we cannot afford to lose a generation of young Obamas.

Obama Is Right: There Are No Jews In Westminster And The Media
MORE on post-racial life in the WACO (World according to Obama): Jews are no longer an ethnic minority.
The Guardian wonders why last year’s Media Guardian 100 (an arbitrary list of the big players in the media) featured no ethnic minorities.
We asked a panel of experts drawn from ethnic minorities to name their 30 most important media figures.
And – get this – the panel didn’t name one Jew in the media. So much for them controlling it. But it’s not a perfect science:

Barack Chooses His New Post-Racial Dog
Obama says yes. Says Sam Ellis in the Boston Globe:
If a prez doesn’t have a dog, it means he’s a communist and he loses the entire dog people vote, a disturbing bunch who stretch from the redwood forests to the gulfstream waters. Obama’s presidency could hinge on getting this one right.
You can cheer for Obama and spin him to the readers Obama, but you cannot disguise a lack of dog:

Barack Obama: Trevor Philips, Lex Wotton And Lewis Hamilton PM
BARACK Obama Watch: living with post-racial politics.
SKY NEWS: “If Barack Obama had lived here I would be very surprised if even somebody as brilliant as him would have been able to break through the institutional stranglehold that there is on power within the Labour Party,” Trevor Phillips told The Times.”
Trevor Phillips clings on to the arcane belief that Obama is black.
Trevor is the chairman of Britain’s Equality and Human Rights Commission. If there’s no race, his job might be already covered by the Lesbian and Gay Alliance, or that big nebulous group many call “women”.
THE AUSTRALIAN: “Palm Island rioter Lex Wotton gets six years jail.”
The riot started in the wake of the release of autopsy results into the death of Doomadgee, a local man who died in police custody from massive internal injuries.
Says his lawyer:
“In the new age of Obama, it will be interesting to see how this trial will be viewed given the changing political landscape.”

BARACK Obama Death Cult: Anorak’s look at the assassination of the US President in the media…

Barack Obama Watch: Media Pride In Not Noticing Obama’s Non-Whiteness
NOW we are moved on from racial politics, each of us – Muslim fundamentalist, white supremacist, Black Shiite, Panther, Tutsi, Boar and so on – living in a post-racial society, the media can say whatever it likes about Barack Obama and we will know the reporters and nodding heads are not exploiting his blackness, nor his non-blackness but just sticking to the essence of the man, whatever that may be.
The Sun brings news of “Black Dr Who”, and we know that it is not referring to Colin Salmon’s skin tones but his mood, which is dark and foreboding, like Othello and his talking metal dog made accessible for a teenaged audience.

Hazel Blears Explains Political Blogging
IF Hazel Blears were half as sharp as her voice she’d understand just how dumb her comments on blogggers are.
(Image: Beau Bo D’Or)
Blears is addressing the Hansard Society. The subject is “poltical disengagment”. Indeed:
“Political blogs are written by people with disdain for the political system and politicians, who see their function as unearthing scandals, conspiracies and perceived hypocrisy.”
Blears is the countries – get his – Communities Minister. It says so on her, er, blog.

Barack Obama Watch: Hysterically Historic Non-Black Winner
BARACK Obama Watch: Obama is elected and the press is divided about the politician: is he black, historic, black and historic, not black and historic, historic in a non-black black way?
BLACK CHECK:
“It’s not about black or white. It’s about grey. What grey matter has the new President of the United States” – Kelvin MacKenzie, The Sun
“Former US Secretary of State Colin Powell shed a tear as Obama wept to victory as the first black president” – The Sun
“Barack didn’t put himself forward as an Afro-American president, but as a president” – Colin Powell, who does not edit The Sun.

Obama: No Policy Beyond Murder
NOW Obama is the President, he gets to be mocked up as Hitler and hacks get down to the serious business of wondering when he will be murdered.
We don’t know what Obama stands for, but we don’t need to. He won’t be around too long and why waste breath on defining economic policy when your breathy final word can be “Believe” or “Change”?

Russia Salutes The Obama Anti-Satan
WHAT follows is not the work of a master parodist, rather the words of Pravda, Russia’s BBC:
Only Satan would have been worse than the Bush regime. Therefore it could be argued that the new administration in the USA could never be worse than the one which divorced the hearts and minds of Americans from their brothers in the international community, which appalled the rest of the world with shock and awe tactics that included concentration camps, torture, mass murder and utter disrespect for international law.
