Did Woman Put Her Baby In Washing Machine To Kill Her?
DID LYNDSEY Fiddler, 26, put her baby daughter Maggie May in the washing machine, a top loader? The baby was in the machine for 40 minutes. The machine was switched on. Lyndsey Fiddler, also a mother to two boys, has been charged with second degree murder.
A relative discovers the scene in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. A call is made to the police:
Fiddler: “My baby is dead.”
Her aunt Rhonda Coshatt is there.
Coshatt: “No I did not kill your baby, you did.”

American Grandma Sells White Baby Grandchild: Mary Bale Might Laugh
PATTY Bigbee tried to sell her grandson. The boy is 12 weeks old. He is being offered for sale in his entirety and not in parts. The asking price was, allegedly, $75,000. But after negotiations, the deal is struck for $30,000. (Dragons’ Den smoothy James Caan will take 40.)
The story of a woman selling a white baby is big news when the woman is a white grandmother and the child is an American. When the child is brown and from Asia, Africa or Eastern Europe, it’s a small footnote, at best.

Guy Fawkes Night: Rooney Burns, Blair Escapes So Cleveland Torches A Crocodile
GUY Fawkes Night and time to toss a Catholic on the pyre.
But with Tony Blair away and Wayne Rooney being burnt in Kent, the people of Cleveland opted to set fire to a big crocodile built to resemble a Teleosaurs.

Man Rips Head Off Lover’s Cockatiel
RICHARD Owen was in a row with his lover Gillian Hopson. The row is over their pet dog. During the argument, Owen took hold of Hopson’s pet cockatiel and ripped its head off. hand.
She also had pet chinchillas And with the yell, “They’ve got to die too”, he attacked them.

Pregnant Man Thomas Beatie Will Be Your Baby’s Surrogate Mother
PREGNANT man Thomas Beatie will have your baby. The man who became the first transgendered person to give birth will be the world’s first transgender surrogate, if there are any takers?
Thomas, 36, and his wife Nancy have three children. Says he:
“When I was first approached with the idea, I thought it was crazy. Then I thought about what it means and what having a family means to us. I thought, ‘This is a huge deal and I’m capable of it, why not?’
“If I can do this and help make another family fulfill their dream of having a child, then that’s what I want to do.”

Asian Refugee Disguised As Old White Man Flies From Hong Kong To Canada Undetected
HEARD the one about the old white man who boarded Air Canada flight AC018 from Hong Kong on October 29 and emerged the other end in Vancouver as a young Asian male in his 20s?
The Canada Border Services Agency calls it an “unbelievable case of concealment“.
We call is monumental fuck up. Canadian official issue a security alert after the fact:
“Information was received from Air Canada Corporate Security regarding a possible imposter on a flight originating from Hong Kong. The passenger in question was observed at the beginning of the flight to be an elderly Caucasian male who appeared to have young looking hands.”

Strathclyde Police Hunt Smurf Who Attacked Rastafarian
STRATHCLYDE Police are looking for a man-sized smurf who assaulted a Rastafarian at the Word Up club in Greenock, Renfrewshire, last Halloween.
The victim was not a real Rasta, but a 21-year-old dressed up to have some fun with someone else spiritual beliefs. (Do Rastas bombs planes?)

Radio Presenter Can’t Recall Masturbating On London Flight
ON an Aer Lingus flight Neil Prendeville, a presenter on 96FM, has, allegedly, found his penis in his knickers and begun to masturbate amid passengers on a flight from London Heathrow to Cork on October 9, 2010.
Mr Prendeville is sat between a male and female passenger at the time, reports The Irish Examiner. He is, as the story goes, stopped in mid-toss by plane staff. They contact the gardaí.
But the presenter says he has no recollection of the alleged incident. News is that before boarding the jet he took some painkillers for a neck injury. He had a drink, maybe.
This explanation contains the required elements of low-level sympathy and a classic non-denial denial.

Invisible Woman Smuggles Axe On Passenger Plane
MEET Pat Palmer, 74, a British ex-pat who managed to carry an axe on a flight from Luton to Minorca. While the security services are looking for suspicious ink cartridges and Tweets, Palmer packed her rusty axe in her bag and went flying.
Palmer wears the ultimate disguise for anyone who wishes to remain invisible: old age. Keep your burqas – they only get you more attention. If you want to be stealth operative pull on gray wig, bifocals and beige fibres.
Palmer says the axe was intended for her woodpile at her home on the Spanish island.
Says Palmer in the Telegraph:

Woman Charged For Walking Fox Skeleton On A Lead At Halloween
SWIPER is a silver cross fox kept as a pet by Alayna Sitterson, 20, who is being dressed a skeleton for Halloween and taken for a walk in a shopping centre in Reston, Va.
The forces of law and order pounced. Swiper was taken to the animal pound. And Sitterson was charged with unlawful possession of wildlife. It’s not against the law – you just need a special permit. Like so much in life it is legal if you pay. Sitterson had no permit.

Ben Wilson Paints On Old Chewing Gum: Photos
BEN Wilson paints pictures on chewing gum that’s been chewed and spat out onto the pavement. This pebble-dashing of goo that pepper the streets are blank canvases. You are not a littler lout with filthy habit – you are a patron of the arts. Forget the bin – gob it out and breed art.
And it pays. The Royal Society of Chemistry has offered Wilson a commission to paint 117 chemical elements on pavement gum. Says a RSC spokesperson:
“I would add that we do not support people dropping their gum on the pavement. In fact there has been work performed in the UK by chemists to combat the problem.”

Magistrate Jails Australian For Calling Him ‘Mate’
TO QUEENSLAND, Australia, where he Magistrate Matthew McLaughlin has jailed Thomas John Collins for calling him “mate“.
Magistrate McLaughlin did not like being called mat and ordered Collins to call him “sir or your honour’‘. This provided Collins with something of an open goal and he replied: “Okay mate.”
So, she was despatched to the cells to have it sink in that the JP is not his mate.

Scottish School Builds Cage For Autistic Boy
TO keep the 18-year-old autistic boy away form the other students at Nicolson Institute, on the Western Isles, the school has build him an outdoor cage.
The teenager spends much of his time alone in school room – six hours a day. And the school thought it an idea to get him fresh air. So they stuck together seven large steel crowd control barriers. (What – no Wicker Man?)
His family had raised around £500 to help with the build of a recreational area.

Girl Named Boo! In Time for Halloween
BOO! Elliott is 8 and lives in New York. Dad Drew named her Boo! because she was due to be born on Halloween. Only she, wasn’t. But he stuck with Boo and then added the “!” for impact. Says mum Erika:

Dog Gets Asbo For Tossing Dog Poo At Neighbours In Accrington
NIGEL David Hesmondhalgh has been banned an ASBO banning the Accrington, Lancashire, man from throwing dog poo. But he’s a dog. Isn’t he?
The Lancashire Telegraph delivers its Typo of The Week:
“PC Shazia Bibi said Hesmondhalgh would leave four dogs in his house while he was out and their ‘constant barking’ would disturb his neighbours.
The dogs – two of which were his brothers – barked for six to eight hours and he also left loud pop music on because he knew the man next door worked nights and slept during the day, the officer said.”

New York Subway Train Hits Man’s Head: Monsters, Balls And Halle Berry’s Rescue
WILL Rokos was hit in the head by a New York Subway train. He lived. The New York Post says the man lying on the platform wrote the film Monster’s Ball. This adds a layer to the story.
The New York Post says Rokos “could pen a movie about his experience”. He could but it would be pretty dull, unless he can fall in love with the women who picked up her own head and discover an amazing reason why the witche’s hat that bought parts of the London Underground to a standstill (but how can you tell?) .
Anyhow, here’s the outline for the plot:
Cops said Rokos was waiting inside the 14th Street station at Seventh Avenue for a No. 2 train Saturday afternoon when he leaned over to peer down the tunnel.

Royal Mail In Fear Of Pet Cat In Portsmouth: Mary Bale Delivers
MARY Bale should get a job a postman to deal with Lana – a cat who has attached Royal Mail workers in Portsmouth.
To the home of Carl and Carol White (parents to children Carla, Carly and Carole?), where the postman’s hand has been scratched.
Says Mr White:
“Our letterbox is about six inches off the ground on the front door and our cat often likes to sit behind it. The postman had put the letter through the door and for some reason Lana scratched his hand.”

Dog Bites Flasher In Gloucestershire
THE woman was walking her pet dog in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, when a flasher did as flashers do. The dog, a terrier, reacted, biting the flasher on her body, specifically the upper right arm.
Sgt Ian Dowling, of North Cotswolds police, says the dog appears “to have acted instinctively“.
The flashers is slim, short (around 5ft 2ins), with “large, bluey-brown” eyes and bite mark on his arm…

Man Who Had Sex With Animal’s Killed For Sodomising Suspect’s Ass
TO Proenca-a-Velha, Portugal, where Jose Gomes Pinto, 55, is accused of killing one Jaime Pires, 68, known locally as ‘Jaime Sheep’, on account of his alleged sexually violation against sheep and chickens. He is thought to have recently sodomized one of Pinto’s donkey’s with a stick (the ass). He has been in jail for assaulting an elderly woman.

Dundee Cement Lorry Driver Wanted: He’s Wearing A Red Top
POLICE Report of the Day features the driver of a yellow cement mixer in Dundee who exposed himself to a teenaged woman crossing the road. He then did turns his vehicle about and do it again.
