Police Called As Canadian Brothers Fight Over Size Of Steak
TO Victoria B.C., Canada, where two brothers are rowing over who gets the bigger steak.
It is 11 p.m, and one brother, a 17-year-old, is going “berserk” at the family apartment. Armed with a hockey stick he is breaking things.
He did the cooking. He cooked two steaks. But his older brother, aged 22, got the larger share.
The younger brother breaks a computer monitor and takes a toaster into the bathroom. He threatens to end it all by tossing it and himself into tub of water.

Woman Picks Up Own Head In Hands After Horrific Accident: Headless Horsewoman Rides
THEA Maxfield, a 26-year-old Briton, fell off her horse and broke her neck. The horse bucked and Maxfield ended up with a “hangman’s fracture” – a clean break of her upper cervical vertebra.

Woman Finds Alphabet In Clouds: Misses Naked Susan Boyle
DANIELE Siebenhaar has compiled an A to Z of cloud formations. It’s the English alphabet. If she can spot the Japanese Kanji and the Pitman shorthand alphabets, she will be on her way to greatness. Says Denise from her home in Zurich, Switzerland:
“I find myself constantly looking up into the sky and seeing different pictures and shapes. After I saw the letter ‘L’ I decided to spot the whole alphabet. As far as I know no one has found all 26 letters in the clouds before.”

Burma’s Sneezing Monkey Is Already Endangered
MEET monkey Rhinopithecus Strykeri (trans: monkey with an upturned face – think Victoria Beckham doing her own grooming; or is it Michael Jackson hiding out 10,00 ft above sea level in Burma?).
The monkey – famed for sneexing when it rains – was found by scientists from Flora and Fauna International. But the locals had already fond the creatures and had been hunting them for meat for ages.

Man Shoots Himself In Sleep
SANDFORD Rothman shot himself whilst sleepwalking in his home. The 63-year-old did not die. He missed his vital organ, shooting himself in the knee. The Boulder Daily Camera says at 2am, Rothman was awakened by a loud bang.
Then the pain kicked in – Rothmans had shot himself in the knee with that 9 millimetre pistol he keeps under the bed in case anyone should, er, try to harm him…

Spanish Prostitutes Ordered To Wear Orange Vests Like The Queen
TO Els Alamus in Catalonia, Spain, where the town’s councilmen are threatening to fine prostitutes who fail to wear an orange reflective vest while working the kerb. (Orange skin is no longer enough.)
The official reason is that it prevents traffic accidents.

Man Who Got Bar’s Logo Tattooed On Bum For Prize Failed To Enter Contest In Time (Photos)
JAMES Bourner wears the logo of Flicks Bar in Fuerteventura all over one of his bum cheeks. Bourner, of Leicester, heard of a contest that would feature the choicest photos in a charity calender. The best photo would win a holiday on the Spanish island.
Says 24-year-old Mr Bourner:
“I came back to Leicester two days before the competition closed, so I knew I didn’t have much time to get everything done and enter. It closed at 11.59pm on October 20.
“I really enjoyed my time on holiday and I was determined to win so I decided on the tattoo because I thought: ‘No one else will do this.’ I called my brother-in-law and talked him through what I wanted.

The Ugly Dance World Cup Winners For 2010 Are… (Video)

Inexperienced Teen Tries To Rob From Huge Transvestite Prostitute: Fails
MUG SHOT of The Day belongs to Joshua Bumpus (Yep. Really), a six-foot tall heavily-built transvestite prostitute who beat up 16-year-old Rufus Bowman, who had “picked the wrong prostitute to rob“. Bowman is five-foot-seven, 230 pounds and inexperienced with women.
Bumpus was shot. But even wih an extra hole in his body (the bullet ended up lodged in his ribs) he still beat up Bowman, who had hired him and nipped down a Cincinnati alleyway to conduct business.
“He got the gun away from (Bowman), he grabbed (Bowman) by the hair and beat him down. He beat the (daylights) out of him,” [Assistant Hamilton County Prosecutor Ryan] Nelson said.
That’s about when several of Bumpus’ friends, also dressed as women, flagged down Cincinnati Police Officer Dave Kennedy. Other Bumpus friends helped Bumpus beat Bowman.
“The cops showed up during the beat down,” Nelson said. “The cops said it was one of their more memorable arrests of their lives.”

11 Hurt Jumping Two Floors To Escape The Devil
IN La Verriere, France, 11 people have jumped from the second floor window of a block of flats after taking a 30-year old man for the Devil.
Says Odile Faivre, the deputy prosecutor in Versailles:
“Thirteen people were in an apartment on the second floor when, at around 3am, one of the occupants heard his child crying. The man in question, of African origin, who was completely naked, got up to feed his child, at which point the other occupants took him for the devil.
“He was seriously wounded in the hand after being stabbed with a knife before he was thrown out of the apartment, via the door.”

School Fire God Mascot Charged With Arson
JAMES Schaffer, 20, is the Pennsylvania college student dressed as Vulcan, the mythical god of fire, for the California University of Pennsylvania homecoming parade. That’s him setting a float on fire.
A spokeswoman for the university said the student is undergoing an evaluation at a “medical facility.”

Man Trapped In Toilet Trying To Retrieve Fallen Mobile
TO China, where a man has dropped his mobile phone down the toilet and then in trying to retrieve it got his hand caught in the pipe. Such are the perils of modern life.
In a toilet mobile in Jiangsu province, the man is trapped up to his shoulder.
