Man Makes Newspaper From Bull Dung
HAS Andrew Reilly found the future of print media by turning poo into paper? Reilly, an artist in Rangitikei, New Zealand, has transformed bull dung into paper. This adds to his work with kangaroo poo, wombat faeces and elephant manure.
The process involves Mr Reilly harvesting the poo and soaking it in buckets of water. Says he:
“There’s fibre from grass in there, the bull doesn’t actually process the fibre. It needs a good couple of weeks to soften up the fibre and start breaking down.”

ABC Hires Reporter Jack Meoff: Nominative Determinism At Work
GOOGLE says that ABC News has a new blogger with a very interesting name: “Jack Meoff.” It’s nominative determinism, readers.

No, seriously. The byline showed up on Google searches this week and was spotted by the website RawStory.com.
In actuality, the blog in question was written by the alphabet network’s White House reporter Jake Tapper (whose brother Didja Tapper works for Hustler magazine – kidding).

Lord Jesus Christ’s Face Seen In Northampton Road
LORD Jesus Christ has been run over. LJC has been hit by a car on a Northampton, Massachusetts crosswalk.
KLJC has “minor facial injuries” and has now bene released from hospital.

Woman Arrested And Jailed For Wearing Feminist T-Shirt In Court
THE message on Jennifer LaPenta’s T-shirt reads: “I own the pussy, so I make the rules.”
The 19-year-old is waiting in the Lake County Courthouse, in suburban Chicago, for a friend to be called. Associate Judge Helen Rozenburg spots LaPenta’s T-shirt. The Beak doesn’t like it and charges the woman with contempt of court.

Woman Stabs Husband For Bad Sex
MICHELLE Thomas, of Hudson, Texas, was so unimpressed by her husband’s sexual efforts she stabbed him with a scissors.
Thomas, 26, is alleged to have caused minor cuts to her common-law husband’s chest, left thumb and left knee.
She faces up to 20 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.

Boy’s Ears Save Him From Falling Eight Storeys: Pictures
MING MING, 6, is dangling by his ears from his family’s apartment lock. He he eight storyes up. No, not a stunt. No, Ming Ming does not have ears as big as an elephant’s – what with there being something in the water in China.
Ming Ming has pushed his head between the bars of his family home in Yinchang.

“The only thing stopping him from plunging to the ground below was the fact his head was trapped between two window bars.”

Referee Yellow Cards Dead Footballer: Goran Tunjic RIP
THAT’S a yellow card for Goran Tunjic, Mladost FC’s 32-year-old defender. It’s the 35th minute of the County League match against Hrvatski Sokola and the referee says Tunjic has dived.
He is also dead, having suffered a fatal heart attack. Says a club rep:
“Doctors tried to help him but there was nothing they could do. He just fell dead on the spot.”

In Sydney this morning a man was robbed by a burqa wearing bandit who further disguised his (or her) identity by wearing sunglasses. The bandit was described by police as being of “Middle Eastern appearance”.

Cotsworld Village Creates Designated Dogging Area To Boost Tourism
AN “Official Dogging Area” has been designated at the Cirencester bypass at Birdlip. The Barrow Wake viewpoint is now a haven for doggers, and those who come to watch and observe.

Real Life Spider Man Rescues X-Men Omnibus From Baddie
AT the Adelaide Comic Centre, man is attempting to steal an X-Men Omnibus. It is said to be worth £100. Centre owner Michael Baulderstone leaps into action. Dressed as Spider Man – not his usual attire but a celebration of International Free Comic Day – he issues a challenge: hand it over or else.
In the store, 40 superheroes look on. The would-be thief issues no riddles and puts up no fight. Had he been dressed as the Green Goblin then things may have been different. But he was not.

Virgin Mary Appears In Soup Pot: Corn But Not Forgotten
MARIA Froilana Esquivel of Oxnard has seen the Virgin Mary in a soup pot filled with corn. Says her daughter Maria L. Esquivel:
“It’s a miracle that it happened.”
Says mum of the stain:
“I was washing the pot and it wouldn’t come out. And those are expensive pots.”

Eel Swims Up Man’s Anus And Eats His Bowels: Pictures
IN a Sichuan hospital, China, a man has died after an eel was inserted up his anus.
The eel entered the rectum and chewed away his bowels. The man, aged 59, worked as a chef. When opened up, medic found as 50cm long Asian swamp eel lodged in his rectum. The eel was dead.
Reports are that the man claimed to have “eaten a lot of eel the previous day”.
Later, friends of the dead man claimed they had inserted the eel when the victim has been out cold from drink. It was a joke.

Trespasser Wins Damages For 2am Fall At Carlisle Castle, Lawyers Rejoice
ENGLISH Heritage, owners of Carlisle Castle, paid over £50,000 in legal costs and damages to a woman “trespasser” who was injured as she fell into the moat at 2am.
The woman got an out-of-court compensation settlement of £15,000. English Heritage paid her legal fees of £37,250. Lawyers are part of our fine heritage, readers.
Better to settle straight away, eh, before the sharks move in? English Heritage says of the 2am visitor:
“On doing so, she would have passed signage stating opening hours for visitors to the castle – 1 October to 31 March, 10am to 4pm as well as a notice stating: ‘Please take care as historic sites can be hazardous.”

Is Life Sentence Too Much For Woman Made Teen Touch Her Breasts?
MICHELLE Lyn Taylor, 34, of Nevada, has been given a life sentence for making a13-year-old-boy to touch her clothed breasts.
Is this excessive?
Taylor has been convicted lewdness with a minor under 14.
Taylor’s attorney, Alina Kilpatrick says:
