Charlie Sheen To Be Replaced By Ashton Kutcher To Make Two And A Half Men Most Loathesome Sitcom Ever
YOU may have thought that Two and a Half Men was pretty irritating when Charlie Sheen was in it. It was remarkable that Sheen somehow managed to become even more galling when he acrimoniously quit the show and spent his time coming up with personal memes, haranguing adult actresses, making women cry in cupboards, punching chandeliers and hoovering up suitcases of coke… and generally looking more hallowed out than the inside of a Shredded Wheat bisk.
Well, the makers of the dreadful sitcom have performed an impossible trick by finding the one man who walks this godforsaken planet who is more irritating than Sheen himself. And without the use of drugs.

Lea Michele Thinks Her Nose Will Take Lead Role In Glee Movie
HEY everyone! There’s going to be a Glee movie out this summer! How amazing is that? Not very? Well aren’t you a bunch of spoilsports?! In fairness, you’re spoilsports that are absolutely bang-on-the-money, but still, you could at least fake excitement for those dribbling idiots you know who can’t live without some Glee in their life.
That’s right. There are people who actively seek out television shows filled with grinning Americans performing thousand-part harmonies while dancing around with all the sex appeal of a hat stand.

Cheryl Cole Confirmed As US X Factor Judge (With Added Subtitles)
POP-CULTURE mogul, Simon Cowell, really does have the softest of spots of Cheryl Cole. Apart from the boring ‘she works really hard and does as she’s told’ likelihood of favour, we shudder to think what she may have done to secure such a place in Cowell’s chequebook.
After transforming her from the most fancied one in Girls Aloud who may have smacked a toilet attendant in the face as well as marrying a self-serving footballing shit-basket to The Nation’s Sweetheart Of The Estates, Cowell now seems adamant in his endeavours to make Cole go global.

Britain’s Got Talent 2011 Week 2: Edward Reid, Razy And Finger Stuffing Michael McIntyre
BRITAIN’S Got Talent 2011 – Week 2: the World’s Weakest and Strongest Fingers; Razzy dances, Edward Reid claps, and Michael McIntyre stuffs and old man:
Edward Reid sings nursey rhymes to the tune of Leona Lewis’ Run. Britain hasn’t got talent- it’s got Edwardian parlour games:
“I teach a group called the Nifty Fifties which are pensioners. I teach them drama, which is a fantastic class. I like working with people with special needs, they seem to have amazing personalities. Somehow they have no inhibitions, so all the classes are always funny and entertaining. I used to work in a day centre and i used to walk about singing all the time and someone said to me, ‘You’ve got a nice voice,’ and I’ve never heard that before.”
Elaine’s Weakest Finger:
“I’m over 21, I’m from Manchester and I go to college. I’m doing a cookery course, learning soup and sauces.”

RIP John Sullivan: The BBC Repeats Its Love
RIP John Sullivan. You wrote Dear John, Citizen Smith, Just Good Friends (an Anorak guilty pleasure) and Only Fools and Horses. You were only 64. The BBC will mark the passing of a writer who made some of the broadcaster’s best stuff. Expect a huge retrospective and lots of repeats*.
* Repeats are no bad thing. When the theatre, ballet or opera shows things again it is because the product is deemed worthy by an elite. When telly repeats a show, the critics get snotty.

Britain’s Got Talent: Daily Mail Says Show Has Slumped All Over Its Front Page
ODD of the Daily Mail to highlight the apparent fact that “A MILLION VIEWERS SWTICH OFF BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT”.
TV reviewer Simon Cable (nominative determinism, readers) brings news that Britain’s Got Talent is no longer so popular by, er, telling Mail readers on the paper’s front page:
“It has been described as ‘a national obsession.”
It has. Simon Cable just did it on the front page of the Daily Mail.
According to ITV1 figures, the first show of the fifth series drew a peak audience of 10.9million on Saturday – 1.3million down on last year’s opening night.
