Madeleine McCann: Buy The Flat And The Villa For The Maddie Experience
MADDIE WATCH – Anorak’s at-a-glance guide to press coverage of Madeleine McCann, Kate McCann and Gerry McCann
Old Mr Anorak’s property portfolio is burgeoning. To go with 10 Rillington Place, 23 Cranley Gardens and 25 Cromwell Street, he can now snap up the holiday apartment Madeleine McCann was staying at the time of her disappearance…
GLASGOW DAILY RECORD: “Maddie Flat Up For Sale”
Portuguese newspaper 24 Horas said the asking price is “substantially higher than others with similar characteristics, also on sale in Praia da Luz”.
Why’s that then?
But an unnamed estate agent said the price of the Ocean Club flat was not down to its link with the Madeleine case. He explained: “It’s because it’s a product directed primarily at the English market.”
Are the English richer than all others, or more ghoulish? Or should we buy it for the nation?
DAILY STAR: “MADDIE VILLA GOES ON SALE AT £250,000”
How’s that for marketing. It’s not the Maddie flat, it’s the Maddie villa. Much more tasteful.
THE holiday apartment from which Madeleine McCann vanished is for sale at more than twice the price of flats nearby.
Try not to think of it as a tragedy – more of a marketing opportunity.
IRISH INDEPENDENT: “McCann Portugal flat to be sold”
The flat owned by Ruth McCann – no relation.
FENLAND CITIZEN: “Madeleine holiday flat put up for sale”
Would you stry in the Maddie flat/villa?
Despite the flat being a crime scene, 11 people stayed there between June 12 and July 26 last year, raising the possibility that it was contaminated before fresh forensic examinations in August.
Roll up. Roll up to The Madeleine McCann Experience…
