Michael Jackson: Officer La Toya Jackson And Tito’s TV Crime Show
MICHAEL Jackson Homicide Watch: Anorak’s at-a-glance look at Michael Jackson in the news – Officer La Toya Jackson’s TV show investigates celebrity deaths…
Daily Mirror: “JUSTICE FOR JACKO”
“Sister La Toya insists ‘killer’ must pay”
Anorak can see the spinoff TV series now: LaPD – Killer Must Pay.
La Toya and her bumbling sidekick Tito investigate the deaths of leading showbiz performers:
Did Rod Hull fall from the roof? Who sold Isadora Duncan that scarf? Michael Hutchence – why was he still wearing a belt? Elvis Presley was a strict vegetarian. Mark Bolan – who planted the tree? What did Steve Irwin know? Lupe Velez drowned in the toilet bowl – where was her maid?
La Toya, call me. I have ideas and plans.
In series one, La Toya investigates the death of her brother, Michael Jackson. “Michael Jackson death: Now all the world will know the truth,” says La Toya Jackson.
Officer La Toya Jackson gathers the world in a small hunting lodge in the Bavarian Alps and prepares to name the killer. Ahem:
“I am thankful to the investigators for uncovering the truth to the world. I look forward to the day that justice will be served to all the parties involved in my brother’s homicide.”
This would be the investigators whose truth takes the form of:
The LA County coroner’s office has refused to comment on reports by the Associated Press that Jackson’s death is being treated as a homicide.
“We have not released any information on the Jackson case,” said a spokesman. “We do not know where this information is coming from.”
So much for the truth. Now read on:
Weeks ago she publicly claimed that her brother had been murdered by members of his “shadowy entourage” for his money. Court documents have revealed Jackson had lethal amounts of the anaesthetic propofol in his body.
They say his personal doctor Conrad Murray admitted giving him the drug on the day he died. Dr Murray allegedly told police he caved in when Jackson begged him for drugs to help him sleep.
La Toya looks to camera, and Tito wedges a donut in his coffee and ends up wearing the cup, Dr Murray’s lawyer Ed Chernoff arrives to say:
“Much of what was in the search warrant affidavit is factual. However, unfortunately, much is police theory. Most egregiously, the timeline reported by police was not obtained through interviews with Dr Murray, as implied by the affidavit.
“Dr Murray simply never told investigators that he found Michael Jackson at 11am not breathing. He also never said that he waited a mere 10 minutes before leaving to make several phone calls. In fact, Dr. Murray never said that he left Michael Jackson’s room to make phone calls at all.”
Chernoff leaves. And Officer La Toya Jackson pushes back her hair. She leaves her office and hails a cab. Later she arrives in London.
And as she heads for a summit meeting with Officer Al Fayed, a curtain twitches on the fabled Sixth floors of Harvey Nichols, where a blonde woman and a masked man are taking tea…
